Lyophilized peptides should be moved to a freezer (-20C) on arrival. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, which degrade peptide structure.
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are packed in bubble wrap and sealed bags inside a polymailer.
Because products are laboratory materials, we accept returns only for verified shipping damage or lab error. Contact support within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the shipment.
